Mitesh brings a genuinely global perspective to his work. British by nationality with multicultural roots spanning multiple countries and continents, he has lived and worked across the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, and India over the course of his career. This breadth of experience — operating across cultures, regulatory environments, and business contexts — informs how he approaches every acquisition and every team.

After five years in India and stints in Singapore and New Jersey, Mitesh and his family chose Atlanta as their permanent home. He is deeply invested in the community — his son Caspian attends Trinity School, and his spouse Kristina works at the intersection of neuroscience and architecture, a field called neuroarchitecture.

Outside of business, Mitesh is an avid follower of financial markets and automotive culture, with a particular interest in the EV transition. He is a student of Roman and British history — an interest that, perhaps unsurprisingly, informs his appreciation for how institutions and enterprises are built to endure across generations.
